Editorial Board

Author Instructions

• The paper should have an abstract of not more than 250 words. It should include a readable summary of the research in question and methodology.
• It is preferable to mention the Keywords used in the article which should not exceed five in number.
• The author should retain a copy of the manuscript for his own reference.
• The manuscript should be composed in Times New Roman with 12 font size and should be double spaced with at least 1 inch margin, on one side of the paper only.
• All manuscripts should be submitted electronically at law_journal@ebaub.edu.bd along with two (2) hard copies to the Executive Editor of the Journal on A4 size paper through courier or post.
• The manuscripts should be preferably within 6000 (six thousand) words (excluding footnotes).
• The manuscript should begin from the second page and the first page should contain the title of the article, name of the author, his/her affiliations, address, telephone & fax number and email address.
• The manuscript should incorporate page numbers at the top of the right corner.
• Footnotes must be used on each page (if necessary) and should be indicated in the main text by superscript numbers.
• For referencing, authors are requested to use the Chicago Manual of Style. They are additionally instructed to use sources listed in a separate bibliography.
• If the manuscript is finally accepted for publication, the author will be asked to submit their copies in final form in a formatted CD, incorporating the changes and corrections as suggested by the reviewers.
• The responsibility for opinions expressed in the published articles or other comments rests with the author (s).
• All editorial communications should be made to the Chief Editor.

Authorship and Authenticity

A declaration of authenticity including name(s), department or institute and signature must have to be submitted along with the manuscript.

Submission System

Submission of Manuscript to EBAUB Journal of Law of EXIM Bank Agricultural University Bangladesh (EBAUB) is simple and convenient. An Author is requested to submit his/her manuscript through email at law_journal@ebaub.edu.bd or a hard-copy along with a CD of the manuscript to the Chief Editor, EBAUB Journal of Law, EXIM Bank Agricultural University Bangladesh, Boro Indara Moor, Chapainawabganj-6300, Bangladesh through Post or Courier Service.

Distribution Policy of Journal

One copy of Journal will be delivered to the concerned Manuscript Author(s).
